About Mike

Mike Paulucci operates at the intersection of creative mastery and business strategy. With an MFA in Film, more than 300 festival screenings including Tribeca and Chicago International, and 15 years in enterprise and B2B media, he has built a career turning complex ideas into compelling narratives that deliver measurable growth.

His work spans million-dollar productions and global campaigns, always aligning creative execution with strategic priorities, building scalable systems, and producing results. At Hotbed, he served as Executive Producer and head of P&L, defining the role, bringing in key clients, leading major projects, and driving significant revenue growth. At Cheetah Digital, he created a global video strategy that supported sales and marketing across international markets. At Erikson Institute, he secured a $1.5M Gates Foundation grant to launch a world-class media studio and scaled a one-person department into a high-performing team.

Known for combining big-picture vision with operational discipline, Mike has led in-house teams of six and production crews of sixty, directed more than 50 enterprise campaigns, and integrated emerging technologies from AI-driven content to AR and VR into competitive advantage.

He runs content as a strategic growth engine, using insight, systems thinking, and creative leadership to move businesses forward.
